Seven Ocean is a high-energy ration, which will provide about 2412 kcal, or meet the 24-hour energy needs of an adult male. This type of food is used in life rafts, is very popular among sailors, travelers, survivalists and preppers. The package contains 9 servings in the form of plates. Each of them can easily be divided in half.
Seven Ocean Food is ready to eat immediately after opening dry, or you can pour milk or water over it.
One cube (56 g) of ration contains 12 g of fat, including 8 g of saturated fat, 2 g of salt, 36 g of carbohydrates, 4 g of protein, and vitamin C. B1, B6, D, calcium, iron and potassium. Servings include wheat flour, vegetable fat, dextrose, malt, sugar and vitamins. Ration may contain traces of milk and soybeans.
The shelf life of the ration is 5 years.
