RETURNS
Each customer of our online store has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without giving any reason . To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please inform us about your decision by sending a statement via our returns system or to the e-mail address of our store. If you purchased through a registered account, please use our returns system. You have the option of free shipping, check how to take advantage of the free return option !

DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM
The shipment should be properly secured and sent to the following address: Laplander.pl Returns ul. Akacjowa 18E 05-126 Kąty Węgierskie. In addition to the product and complete packaging, the shipment must also include an appropriate return document. Returns are processed within 1 to 7 days.
We will only refund your payment using the same payment methods used in the original transaction. The only exception is payment on delivery - in this case the refund is made by transfer. All transport costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be intact and complete and in their original and intact packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
EXCHANGE
To exchange goods: Place a new order with a new product for which you want to exchange your existing product (select payment by transfer). Return the goods in accordance with the described returns procedure and enter the new order number in the notes to the return. We will refund the overpayment to the account provided in the return. If you need to make an additional payment, please make it to our account.
COMPLAINTS
Do you have a problem with a purchased product? Contact us and our customer service department will comprehensively answer your doubts and definitely solve the problem.
Goods purchased in our store are covered by a warranty for 24 months . If the received goods are found to be defective, damaged during shipment or unsuitable for their intended use, a complaint should be submitted.
Please remember that if a warranty has been granted for a given product, you can also submit a complaint based on it - in this case, however, the addressee will be the guarantor indicated in the warranty. Exercising the rights under the warranty does not affect our liability under the warranty and the warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend your rights arising from the provisions on warranty for defects in the sold item.
To submit a complaint, log in to the Store Panel and go to the Your account tab > Complaints about goods > Add a complaint.

To submit a complaint, log in to the Store Panel and go to the Your account tab > Complaints about goods > Add a complaint.
After registering the complaint, pack the complained product and write "Complaint No...." on the package - giving the complaint number. If your order is not in the current panel, please return the goods to the online store's address along with the completed complaint form . We will respond to your statement or request within 14 days.
The description of the complaint should include:
- Information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect.
- A request for a method of bringing the product into compliance with the sales contract or a declaration of a price reduction or withdrawal from the sales contract.
- Your contact details - this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of your complaint.

- Send the defective product together with proof of purchase to our address.
- We send a response to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
