Discounts for points in the Laplander.eu bushcraft store
We care about our customers and that is why we dedicate the Loyalty Program to them. By shopping in our store and adding written opinions, you receive points in the loyalty program, which you can later easily exchange for one-time discounts.
1. Log in to your account . If you do not have an account in the Laplander.pl store yet, you must create one to use the Loyalty Program.
2. Place your order. You will receive points in our Program after each completed order. The conversion rate is simple: for every EUR 1 spent, you will receive 1 point in the Loyalty Program .
3. That's not all. We value your opinion , so you also gain points in the Program after sharing your opinion with us about the purchased products*:
- for adding a written opinion about the product you will receive 50 points.
- for adding a product photo to your review you will receive another 50 points.
* - Please note that points for an added opinion will be awarded only after the given opinion is accepted by a system based on an anti-spam algorithm.
4. Sign up for our newsletter and you will receive an additional 100 points .
5. What else do you need to remember?
- You must have an account and be logged in to collect points and use the Loyalty Program
- points in the Program are awarded after receiving payment, i.e. within 24 hours for prepaid orders, and after a few days for orders payable on delivery.
- when you return a purchased product, the points earned for its purchase will be deducted from your account.
How to use points?
You can exchange the accumulated points for a one-time discount.

How to activate the discount?
It's easy. When placing an order, while on the basket page, use the " EXCHANGE POINTS FOR DISCOUNT " option or activate the discount at laplander.eu/code . You can also activate the discount via the Your Account panel .
Additional permanent discount for regular customers
We value the loyalty of our customers, so we are happy to reward regular customers with permanent discounts. A participant of the regular customer program accumulates the total amount of orders on his account, entitling him to a discount on subsequent purchases. Discounts are activated after exceeding the amount thresholds indicated below.
Total orders: EUR 700 - EUR 1000 3% discount Total orders: EUR 1000 and more. 5% discount
What else is worth knowing:
- The program applies only to registered customers.
- The discount threshold is exceeded after the order is completed.
- The discount in the regular customer program cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Discounts obtained for points in the Loyalty Program also apply to products already on promotion, i.e. the discount will be calculated on the promotional price. However, they will not be combined with other discounts, e.g. permanent discounts or discounts obtained by entering a discount code.
