Sawyer MINI is the smallest and lightest portable water filter available on the market. The filter weighs only 57 grams and can filter 378 541 liters of water.

The MINI SP128 filter can be used as a straw filter drinking directly from the source, a screw-on filter for bottles and pouches, and a series element plugged into a hydration system with a reservoir tank.

Sawyer Mini SP128 water filter features excellent filtration performance. Sawyer Mini removes particles above 0.1 microns, which means that filtr removes 99.99999% of bacteria and 99.9999% of protozoa. With such parameters, harmful bacteria, protozoa and cysts such as, among others: E. Coli, Giardia, Vibrio Cholerea or Salmonella Typhi do not get into the treated water.

A patented filter design created with microchannels, which water enters through micropores, traps contaminants inside the channels, and purified water flows freely through the filter. A large number of channels allows to increase the efficiency of water flow. The mechanical strength of the membrane itself was also an important consideration. It is designed to withstand repeated rinsing and allow for long-term operation.

Correct use of the filter and regular maintenance restores up to 98.5% of flow rate. Thanks to such a solution, there is no need to buy and replace expensive in service parts.
