Prepare the pan
1. The pan should be pre-seasoned and the first thing to do is to wash it in ordinary, light dishwashing liquid
2. Seasoning the pan - pour oil into the pan and heat until it starts to smoke slightly.
3. Remove from heat and rinse off the remaining oil with a paper towel
Cleaning the pan
1. After each use - clean the pan by pouring water over the pan and boiling it for a few minutes.
- Do not immerse it in soapy water
- Don't put it in the dishwasher
2. If you wash off, rinse with water
