MORAKNIV - Mora Companion Spark (S) knife - Dala Red
MORAKNIV - Mora Companion Spark (S) knife - Dala Red
Morakniv Companion Spark is a practical and inexpensive bushcraft knife with built-in flint. You can easily remove them from the end of the handle to start lighting fires right away whenever you need to.
The name Companion may already suggest that this project is based on that famous model. In terms of shape, use of materials and ergonomics, it is indeed similar. The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel. Stainless steel easy to sharpen. The traditional scandi cut is great for woodworking, and the blade length is suitable for many bushcraft tasks.
Mora has specially sharpened the back of the blade of this knife. As a result, you can easily use it in conjunction with a flint but also when scraping wood to make a fire starter it is sure to come in handy.
When you have to rely on a flint while in the field, you need to secure it properly. That's why Mora came up with a practical and effective system for attaching and securing the flint.
The Spark Morakniv Companion knife comes with a plastic scabbard. This cover has a belt loop with enough room for straps up to 4.5cm.
