Design by Molletta, fruit of cooperation with a well-known and respected designer with many years of experience. Michele Pensato (ps. Molletta), is distinguished by a new approach to the use of materials and experimentation in the application of heat treatment and the use of advanced software in the design of knives.

NFC lionSTEEL - technology that the manufacturer included. After installing the smartphone app, you can view product information, activate your warranty, contact customer service, and get information on other LionSteel products.

M390 - head made of the highest quality modern powder steel, with extremely high resistance to corrosion and abrasion. High-chromium vanadium-doped steel with a hardness of 60-61 HRC. Manufactured at the Austrian smelter Böhler-Uddeholm.

Head - massive Drop Point with a thickness of 4.5 mm with a clearly marked blade belly for excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Plain blade Plain brought out flat grind (Flat Grind), which emphasizes matte satin finishing. On the back of the wedge upper jimping, notched thumb rest.

ReF - (Removable Flipper System) located on the underside of the head projection / flipper fin supported by Double Crown makes it easy to open the blade with one hand. Solid Frame-Lock - reinforced, monolithic locking blade made of 6AI4V titanium. One of the facings acts as a locking mechanism.

RotoLock - locking mechanism with a patented additional locking mechanism in the shape of a titanium disc by Gianni Pauletta. When the knife is open, turning the RotoLock by about 1/8 turn clockwise wedges the locking mechanism, preventing unintentional release of the blade lock, ensures the stability of the blade identical to that of knives with a fixed blade. Facings with non-slip texture for better grip.

Handle - in brown. Made of a single block (one piece) of solid titanium 6AI4V processed in accordance with technology Solid® Knife.
