In order to facilitate the process of pressing the filter, the sides of the cover are wider and covered with non-slip rubber. The bottle is made of lightweight but durable plastic free of harmful bisphenol (BPA-free). The plastic is resistant to weather conditions, temperature and mechanical damage (fall on concrete from 3 m). Thanks to such a construction and selected materials, a guarantee of safe and long-lasting use was obtained.
The special system used SimpleVent Cap protects the mouthpiece from outside contamination and germs. Action
The core of the Grayl GeoPress filter bottle is an advanced activated carbon filter responsible for the ion exchange process. The filter used softens dirty water, purifies it and reduces iron and manganese levels. In addition, thanks to the use of activated carbon, the taste of the water is also improved.
Using the filter is really simple and instinctive. Simply fill the outer container with dirty water, then place the module consisting of the filter, clean water container and lid in it. Water filtration is done by mechanical method. Simply push the entire module to the bottom of the container.
Purified water is ready to drink immediately after filtration. The design of the filter bottle has been thought out in such a way as to ensure that contaminated or untreated water never enters the clean water container.
