CRKT Butte 2471 folding knife
CRKT Butte 2471 knife
Named after the hills surrounding designer Lucas Burnley's hometown of Bend, Oregon, the Butte is a folding knife that models itself after standard hunting knives. Burnley calls it a "modern classic," combining traditional looks with the latest materials and features-including Deadbolt, Burnley's first knife.
At first glance, it appears light and thin, but the this folder has power. Once opened, this folder is ready to take on more than twice the work thanks to its powerful 3.36-inch blade and incredibly durable Deadbolt lock. Thick steel inserts and G10 grips provide excellent grip, regardless of conditions. The Butte is incredibly well balanced and appears to be an extension of you, making it easier and more satisfying to usending. Burnley chose a pocket deep-carry clip that allows the knife to drop very low, leaving little more than an exposed lanyard hole. When tradition and technology meet, you come to invent a whole new way to tear things apart.
