AISI 440A (American Iron and Steel Institute) - easy to sharpen, stainless knife steel, equivalent to the japanese AUS-6 steel. High content 16.0% chromium and medium 0.6% carbon provide excellent corrosion resistance. Presence <1.0% silicon and <0.75% molybdenum increase steel strength and wear resistance. 440A is characterized by high hardness in the range of 55-59 HRC.
Head - sharp wedge Drop Point thick 4.6 mm. Made of easy-to-sharpen stainless steel 440A, characterized by high resistance to corrosion additionally covered with a gray protective coating. Plain blade Plain with a slight recurrence, derived concave cut (Hollow Grind), providing excellent cutting properties. False blade on the back of the blade supports the knife's piercing ability. By the handle upper jimping, notched thumb rest.
Handle - made of plastic with a rough texture. This ensures that even a wet handle does not slip in the hand, and the fore finger groove improves grip security. Additional holes relieve the whole. A design that is extremely simple and robust, fitting perfectly into the philosophy of bushcraft.
