Ahti Vaara knife is one of the most popular and practical puukko. The knife has a durable carbon steel blade with a thickness of 3 mm and a length of 95 mm.
The blade is made of Scandinavian carbon steel characterized by high hardness (58-59 stp. HRC), whereby ahti knives hold their sharpness for a long time and are hard to dull. The blade of the knife has a scandinavian cut, making it perfect for even the the most demanding works.
Ahti Vaara knife has a traditional, perfectly contoured handle, which guarantees a secure and comfortable grip. The handle is made of smoked Karelian birch and enriched with brass and fiber spacers. The handle has a traditionally riveted on the end of the pin, thanks to which the knife is very durable. Handle impregnated with natural linseed oil.
Included with the Ahti knife you get handmade, beautiful traditional vagina made of thick leather. The scabbard is durable, beautifully decorated and reinforced with brass. Vagina holds the knife perfectly and has a rigid insert to protect the blade.
