It is noteworthy that slotted tungsten carbide sharpener allows you to achieve a convex grind, which gives a very strong cutting edge and generates minimal cutting resistance.
The convex grind imparts excellent cutting qualities and, without the use of a special sharpener, requires a great deal of skill on the part of the user.
