The attachment has a robust polymer-metal construction to withstand the stresses of grinding and shaping the blade.

The attachment will connect to the sharpener easily, without the need for additional tools. Replacing the abrasive belts is just as easy and fast so we can easily replace it ourselves.

The attachment is compatible with various gradations of 25.4 x 457 mm sanding belts. Belt tension is maintained system of 4 rollers adjustable from 10 ° to 35 °.

The speed of the belt, depending on the type of activity being performed, is adjustable. We can set it in the range 1200-2800 SFM (square feet per minute). The position of the central transport roller can be changed, which significantly allows you to adjust the tension (height) of the abrasive belt, depending, for example, on the type of cutter grinding.
