Frenzy-X low-profile open type collimator from Vector Optics.
Very lightweight collimator sight with a 3 MOA red dot aiming point. The SCRD-35 has an enlarged aiming window. It will certainly be appreciated by sport shooters and hunters, offering faster and more effective fire at short and medium ranges.
This model is equipped with 10 levels of aiming point brightness - 8 levels suitable for daylight and 2 for night vision work. Their adjustment is done using buttons, which have been placed on the side of the case. The control system is powered by a single CR2032 battery. It provides up to 50,000 hours of operation when using the weakest dot in daytime mode.
The lightweight and durable body of the collimator is made of high quality 6061 T6 aluminum. The device is waterproof to IPX6 standard, making it resistant to harsh weather conditions. Viewfinder automatically shuts off after 4 hours of inactivity. The lens has a protective coating to improve its optical performance. Batteries are replaced by unscrewing the Picatinny mount from the viewfinder.
The collimator comes with a Picatinny/Weaver rail mount, allowing you to easily attach it to a small arms firearm. The Frenzy-X collimator was tested on the recoil of weapons powered by 9mm caliber ammunition, .45 ACP, 12 GA and .338 Lapua. The sight can be adjusted vertically and horizontally within 45 MOA. Thanks to its low-profile design, it won't get in the way of the weapon when carrying it in your gunnysack to the range.
