TreK'n Eat whole wheat bread is a 500-gram serving of ready-to-use mix for making delicious whole-grain bread in field conditions. All you need is water, a campfire and a baking dish
Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour (80%), oat groats (7%), wholemeal rye flour (4%), dried sourdough (rye flour, naturally fermented), iodized cooking salt, dried yeast, barley malt extract, malt extract (barley, rye), acidity regulator: sodium acetate; acidifier: malic acid; dextrose, flour processing agents: calcium phosphates and ascorbic acid.
Allergens: gluten.
Preparation: Pour 330 ml of lukewarm water into a suitable container, carefully knead the mixture until it becomes a dough. Let the dough rest for at least 20 minutes, then form a loaf of bread or rolls. Baking temperature approx. 220°C. Baking time: bread 40-50 min., rolls 15-25 min. The cake can be baked in a fireproof bowl at a suitable distance from the hearth. The fire bowl should be lightly greased.
