Built on our popular 3x3 tarp and the result of innovation and field testing, the DD Tarp 3x3 - PRO tarp offers unlimited unfolding and versatility with numerous additional features. It allows you to set up a tarp (or several tarps!) in any way:
- NEW attachment clamps: Now with 18 strong buckles (9 buckles on 2 perpendicular sides of the tarp). This allows you to create complex, enclosed structures and even connect 2 or more tarps together* - ideal for group camping and larger shelters in inclement weather.
- 21 reinforced attachment points: The 3x3 - PRO tarp has 2 additional attachment points, 1 on each side of the ridge line, which provides more options for attaching the pegs and lashing points.
- 16 metal eyelets located on each external attachment point to allow the DD Tarp 3x3 Pro to be used with rods or to be attached firmly to the ground.
- Loops for attaching tension cables: The corner and center loops have Velcro straps that allow the tension lines to be folded and stored during packing (useful to prevent the tension lines from tangling between uses, while still being connected to the tarp for quick disassembly).
This 3 x 3 m tarp is ideal for individual hammock shelters, as well as multiple ground shelters for 1-2 people, thanks to the numerous attachment points throughout the tarp's surface. If you want to keep things under control, there's a tarp to pack for your next trip!
*Attention: We recommend that when joining two tarps, the top tarp should overlap the bottom tarp (if applicable to the set) to facilitate water drainage. The buckles are positioned to make this possible.
