WebFoot made of one piece of carbon steel coated with CBN (Cslaughter Boron Nitride), a state-of-the-art super-abrasive material that is second only to diamond in terms of hardness. Cubic boron nitride (CBN), also known as boron nitride, is a polymorphic variety of boron nitride for heavily worn edges. It is exceptionally hard synthetic super abrasive material rated at 90-95% hardness of diamond but with greater chemical and heat resistance, so it can be used for machining iron-based alloys and steels where diamond cannot be used, its properties do not deteriorate even at temperatures up to 1600°C. Due to its unique characteristics, its price is on average o 30% higher than the price of a diamond.

The webfoot design, after which this product is named, makes setting up the sharpener at an angle a breeze - just tilt the Webfoot in any direction to get the perfect 40-degree angle for utility blades. The included plastic base can reduce this angle to 30 degrees sharper edges, and Webfoot's position on the side creates a 12.5-degree angle for scissors! Webfoot comes in a suede case that also serves as a non-slip work surface.
