Spyderco Tenacious Lightweight is another representative of the series of lightweight editions of Spyderco's most popular knives. Tenacious Lightweight has raised the bar even further by replacing the original G10 scales with injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN), which reduces the knife's weight by nearly 12 percent and adds extreme grip safety in a two-way Spyderco design.
The black-coated 8Cr13Mov stainless steel blade is leaf-shaped and flat ground from back to cutting edge for cutting performance. This model has a flat grind. The blade's shape, combined with Spyderco's oversized round hole and textured thumb rest, allows the blade to be opened comfortably and the thumb to be positioned on the spine in a non-slip, ready-to-use manner. Walker Linerlock and 4-way pocket clip allow you to set your carry preference.
