Head - thickness 2.5 mm about the profile Leaf Shaped (leaf shape) provides excellent cutting edge geometry with low friction. Blade made of corrosion-resistant, well-gripped American stainless steel CTS BD1. This phenomenal steel is manufactured in the US by a steel mill Carpenter. Plain blade Plain brought out full flat grind (Full Flat Grind) extends along the entire length of the blade, allowing powerful cuts with the heel of the blade. Round cutout SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) increased the support hump of the ramp, which positions the thumb directly over the opening making it easier to quickly open the blade with cold or wet hands. Notched supports: thumb ramp (spine jimping) and (finger choil jimping), the undercut for the index finger between the handle and the cutting edge make it easier to control the knife.
Skeleton - of solid, skeletonized stainless steel plates provides exceptional structural strength, while also forming the basis of the head locking mechanism Liner-Lock, by Michael Walker. The whole thing was screwed together with screws torx for easy unfolding and folding of the folder.
Handle - profiled in black. Made with lightweight textured facings of durable G-10, resistant to high and low temperatures, chemicals plastic. A cutout in one of the facings allows intuitive right-hand access to the opening SpyderHole as well as to release the head lock Liner-Lock, by Michael Walker. The folder is equipped with a made made of wire, screw-on clip (left/right) that allows the knife to be carried in the tip-up position tip-up (tip upwards). In the back of the covers, an opening (lanyard hole) allowing the attachment of a safety cable.
