9Cr18MoV - high-grade stainless knife steel. High content 18.0% chromium (Cr) and average 0.95% carbon (C) provide high hardness and corrosion resistance, while the addition of alloying elements 1.3% molybdenum (Mo), 0.8% silicon (Si), 0.12% vanadium (V) increase strength and wear resistance. 9Cr18MoV is characterized by high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC. Used in the manufacture of knives, including damascus and surgical blades, swords, scissors, cutlery.

Head - wide, type Drop Point with a clearly marked belly, finished by masking fine scratches Stonewashed. The small thickness of the wedge, combined with the high, flat grinding gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the wedge, which can be opened with a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper) and a longitudinal hole in the wedge.
