Ruike folding knife M121-TZ
Ruike Hussar M121-TZ is a utility folder in a modernized version, equipped with a blade made of CPM-S35VN steel, bearing, double locking mechanism and lightweight titanium facings.
Ruike Hussar M121-TZ is a knife from the new premium series, in which the manufacturer uses premium materials.
The knife has a 92 mm long blade, made of powder steel CPM-S35VN. This grade of stainless steel is characterized by high impact strength (hardening 58-60 HRC), wear and corrosion resistance, and long retention of working sharpness.
Also unlike its predecessor (CPM- S30V), the CPM- S35VN sharpens much more easily due to its finer grain and niobium doping. However, due to the nature of CPM-S35VN steel, we recommend using a diamond whetstone for sharpening.
The slender head with a slightly raised tip has a flat grind and a gently curved blade that provide very good cutting characteristics.
The blade can be instantly unfolded with one hand thanks to the use of a flipper and ball bearings, made of special high-carbon chromium steel characterized by high hardness, wear resistance and high fatigue strength.
This ensures a very smooth, light blade action and great user comfort. As many as two locks, monolithic frame lock and an additional Beta Plus mechanism, which protects against accidental folding of the blade and prevents excessive swing of the framelock bar.
The knife owes its light weight of 110 g to the use of titanium facings with a geometric profile. For discreet portability Ruike M121-TZ in the pocket serves a blue anodized clip (without the possibility of repositioning).
The rope or braided paracord can be attached to the spacer.
