Optimus Vega touring burner
Optimus Vega is a very lightweight, professional touring stove that will do a great job on expeditions in any season.
Vega is one of the lighter burners of this type in the offer of the company Optimus. Compact size when folded and appropriately shaped, openwork legs that help achieve such low weight, allow you to take the stove on any expedition, whether during mountain trekking or going to tents.
Optimus Vega allows the use of a gas cartridge in two ways. The traditional positioning of the cartridge (with the valve facing up) will save gas and allow cooking and heating food on a really low flame. Great for use during the hot summer or when preparing foods that can easily burn.
Specially designed mini legs also allow you to use theuse the stove with the cartouche turned upside down. This makes it easier to deliver gas to the burner, which will be especially noticeable at lower temperatures, where most traditional solutions will have significantly reduced output. This has increased the temperature range at which the stove will work well. In addition, this mode can be used whenever you want to boil water quickly while using the maximum power of the burner.
Touring burner Optimus Vega is relatively lightweight, but at the same time the legs when extended provide very stable support even for larger pots. All this is due to the small height of the entire structure. This significantly increases the convenience of cooking and allows you to prepare meals for slightly larger groups of tourists.
Included is a folding wind shield that protects the flame from gusts and significantly increases cooking efficiency, as well as a convenient carry case.
