Classic Old Bear® are springless knives, which means that the blade is secured by a locking system containing a special ring that holds the blade in an open or closed position (patented with number 1187282, in 1985 by Todesco of Maniago). Right now, Old Bear knives are available in four sizes - S (17 cm - 6 3/4"), M (19 cm - 7 ½"), L (21 cm - 8¼") and XL (23 cm - 9"). Head - about the profile Clip Point, thickness 1.8 mm. Made of stainless steel AISI 420, hardened in the range of 54-56 HRC.
