X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high hardness, as for stainless steels 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel was enriched by doping 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).

Head - wide blade type Clip Point finished with elegant Satin-finished. Despite the thickness, the cut concave provides excellent cutting properties combined with outstanding durability. Both sides garda made of stainless steel, protects fingers from slipping on the blade while working.

Handle - made of wood pakka (laminate) dyed red. The contoured handle eliminates sharp edges for a comfortable grip and the texture on the surface improves grip confidence. Garda and head made of stainless steel.
