LION-16BF, an intricately crafted knife from the Spanish company Muela from the commemorative series of five knives with the heads of a buffalo, lion, rhino, leopard and elephant. Head - about the profile Bowie, thickness 4.5 mm with good mechanical properties and long sharpness retention. Made of durable stainless molybdenum-vanadium steel X50CrMoV15 (1.4116), hardened to between 57-58 HRC. Plain blade Plain derived by grinding flat concave (Hollow Grind). Coating Satin Finish (semi-mat) eliminates glare. At the base of the head a double-sided hilt (double guard) made of polished brass protects the hand.
Handle - natural deer antlers (deer stag), ending with a medallion with hunting theme, lion's head made of polished brass.
Etui - made of natural cowhide in color dark brown. Scabbard sheath with embossed manufacturer's logo. Holster fastened with press studs type Prim. The scabbard was stitched on the edges with decorative thread. Attaches to a belt or a mount for carrying the knife in an upright position.
