X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high hardness, as for stainless steels 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel was enriched by doping 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).
Head - about the profile Drop Point, thickness 2.9 mm with good mechanical properties and long sharpness retention. Plain blade type Plain was brought out with a grind flat (Flat Grind).
