Muela All Terrain Blade (A.T.B), an extremely durable, versatile knife aimed at hunting or survival enthusiasts. Perfectly balanced with full tang design with stainless steel blade provides tremendous cutting power. Will not fail in any situation!
1.4116 (X50CrMoV15) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a rather high hardness, as for stainless steels 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel was enriched by doping 15.0% Chromium, 0.80% Molybdenum, 0.20% Vanadium.
The steel was subjected to cryogenic treatment CRYO-T, also known as freezing. Thanks to CRYO-T we obtain homogeneous internal structure of steel which translates into a significant increase in the strength of the wedge, increasing resistance to impact, stress and torsion.
Head - wide, solid blade type Drop Point finished with scratch-masking Stonewashed. Despite the thickness, grind full flat provides excellent cutting properties combined with outstanding durability. Low descending garda prevents fingers from slipping on the blade while working. On the back of the blade notching under the finger.
Handle - made of exotic coral pakkawood with a unique pattern. Chamfered cover edges eliminate sharp edges for comfortable grip. The covers have been bolted directly to the tango with decorative screws, making the whole structure very rigid and sturdy. Contoured handle provides good control of the knife. In the back there is a lanyard hole, a hole for a safety or decorative cord.
Vagina - extended, protecting the head along with part of the handle. Hand-sewn, made of the highest quality cowhide in brown embossed with the manufacturer's logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a snap fastener type Prym. Attaching it to a belt or a mount allows the knife to be carried in an upright position upright.
