SR22 Grey Titanium, Satin (Solid folding knife) by Italian manufactory LionSteel. A smaller version of the folding knife SR11, which was an evolution of the historic model SR-1 and winner of the most innovative design at the Blade Show. Design by Molletta, fruit of cooperation with a well-known and respected designer with many years of experience. Michele Pensato (ps. Molletta), is distinguished by a new approach to the use of materials and experimentation in the application of heat treatment and the use of advanced software in the design of knives.
Sleipner - universal high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium tool steel with high wear and chipping resistance with balanced alloy composition: chromium content 7.8% (Cr), 0.9% carbon (C), molybdenum 2.5% (Mo) and vanadium 0.5% (V). Achieves high hardness 60-62 HRC. Manufactured at the steel plant Uddeholm.
Head - type Drop Point with a clearly marked belly provides excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Plain blade Plain brought out flat grind (Flat Grind), which perfectly showcases the elegant finish of the Satin. Located on the underside of the head projection / flipper, supported by IKBS facilitates the opening of the wedge. In the open position projection performs the function of intestine, protecting your hand from slipping on the blade.

Solid Frame-Lock - reinforced, monolithic locking blade made of 6AI4V titanium. One of the facings acting as the locking mechanism is reinforced with a hardened steel insert.
RotoLock - locking mechanism with a patented additional locking mechanism in the shape of a titanium disc by Gianni Pauletta. When the knife is open, turning the RotoLock by about 1/8 turn clockwise wedges the locking mechanism, preventing unintentional release of the blade lock, ensures the stability of the blade identical to that of knives with a fixed blade.
Handle - made with technology Solid® Knife, obtained from a single piece of titanium 6AI4V, processed in 4D. As a result, a monolithic skeleton (body) of the highest strength was obtained, which is a solid structural element. The grip facings were machined CNC obtaining a non-slip texture.
