Helle Utvaer
The Helle Utvaer knife is a medium-sized bushcraft knife designed to seamlessly handle any task, even the toughest ones. Utvaer was designed by well-known Danish knife maker Jesper Voxnaes.
The knife is named after the westernmost island group in Norway.
The blade of the knife is exceptionally sharp because it was made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel.
The knife is versatile and multi-purpose because it is suitable for both planing sticks, making tent pegs, preparing food, as well as for heavier work and hunting.
The handle of the Utvaer knife was made of beautiful Karelian birch. Holes in the handle will work well for attaching the knife to a stick and using it as a spear.
The product is packaged in an elegant tube so it is perfect for a gift. For each knife, inside the package comes with a cloth with the Helle Norway logo.
If you are looking for a sturdy, quality and beautifully crafted bushcraft knife, the Helle Utvaer meets all the criteria. It is also worth noting other Helle Norway brand knives available in our store. Please visit
