Woodsman shirt from Helikon were designed by survival and bushcraft experts - Survivaltech. The shirt, along with the Woodsman pants and jacket, is a great set of clothing for any bushcraft and outdoor enthusiast.
The Woodsman Shirt has a simple but highly functional design, making it comfortable and suitable for both while hiking and while doing camp work.
Helikon Woodsman shirt is sewn from durable DuraCanvas fabric, which provides adequate durability against both the sparks shooting from the campfire, as well as the friction during forest hikes or demanding camp work. DuraCanvas is a fabric that is a combination of cotton and polyester fibers, which provides mechanical strength and increased resistance to accidental burning, e.g., by sparks from a campfire. In addition, the fabric can be impregnated by traditional methods such as waxing, making it waterproof.
To increase the comfort of the shirt on the back there are located elastic panels made of VersaStretch fabric, and there are zippered vents under the armpits. The shirt is fastened with sturdy Canadian buttons sewn with strong tape.
Construction of the Helikon Woodsman bushcraft shirt
The shirt is equipped with seven pockets:
- two roomy buttoned chest pockets,
- two zippered hip pockets,
- three internal pockets - two made of mesh and one zippered Napoleon pocket.
