Climashield® Apex™ insulation - warm even in wet weather

The heart of the jacket is climashield® Apex™ synthetic insulation (67 g/m²), valued in outdoor clothing for high thermal efficiency with minimal weight. This insulation retains its heating properties even when damp, while also dries quickly and does not block moisture wicking, which is crucial when walking or working intensively in the field.

Comfort and ventilation on the move

Underarms were used versaStretch® stretch fabric, which improves breathability and increases range of motion. Lack of insulation in this zone allows you to effectively dissipate excess heat, preventing overheating during activity. The overall design of the jacket is such that it does not hinder movement - both during trekking and camp work.

Wind resistance and functional details

The outer layer with ripstop nylon protects the insulation from mechanical damage, while also reduces wind chill and light dampness. The jacket is fastened with yKK® zipper with thermal strip, which further improves protection against the cold.

Practical solutions include:

• adjustable jacket hem and collar for a better fit,

• elastic cuffs limiting heat loss,

• fleece collar trim on the inside for comfort in cold temperatures,

• velcro on left shoulder for a patch or identification.

Pockets and packability in the field
