Helikon Winter Yukon jacket - professional protection in freezing conditions

Helikon's Winter Yukon jacket is designed as a sturdy insulating layer for work and outdoor activities in severe cold weather. Climashield® Apex padding provides effective thermal protection for the entire body and neck, and thanks to its structure, it retains its heating properties even when wet.

Materials and construction

The outer layer is made of durable DuraCanvas fabric - a blend of polyester, cotton and elastane. The material allows waxing, which further increases resistance to adverse conditions and reduces heat loss. The 67 gsm Climashield® Apex insulation has been selected for low-temperature activities, combining lightness with high insulation. In situations of intense exertion, underarm zips allow excess heat to quickly escape without having to remove the jacket.

Thoughtful pocket layout

The model offers as many as eight pockets - five outside and three inside. Two chest pockets easily accommodate a waterproof notebook, and insulated side pockets are great for warming hands. Each pocket can be reached comfortably even with thick gloves, making it much easier to work in winter conditions.

Hood, collar and adjustment

The hood is equipped with a three-point adjustment, allowing you to precisely adjust its positioning to the shape of your head or headgear. The high collar effectively protects the neck from wind chill, providing an additional thermal insulation barrier.

Additional functionalities

The lower perimeter of the jacket features MOLLE system webbing, allowing you to attach additional equipment. YKK® zippers used in both the jacket and pockets ensure durability and smooth operation even in cold temperatures.
