Raccoon Mk2 is a new, refreshed version of Helikon's popular backpack.
Backpack with capacity 20 liters features light weight, practical design and high durability. The Raccoon model is excellent for everyday use as well as for tactical tasks. The whole is made of original and extremely durable 500D Cordura® material, which has been coated on the inside with a moisture-enhancing polyurethane layer.
The capacious main compartment features a zippered mesh pocket on the front panel. In the main compartment, on the back, there is also an adjustable drawstring pocket designed m.in. for hydration cartridge. The tube from hydration system can be brought out through a covered opening, which is located behind the transport grip.
Raccoon Mk2 has a large external pocket, which is similar in size to the main compartment. Inside this pocket there is a functional organizer allowing for convenient placement of carried equipment.
Numerous straps on the outside of the backpack and straps allow you to attach additional equipment or pockets and organizers.
The carrying system of the Raccoon MK2 backpack is made of a padded back made of specially formed foam trimmed with breathable mesh and anatomically adjusted and comfortable harness.
Tape waist belt helps to properly distribute weight when carrying a heavy load. The front and sides of the backpack have sewn-in mounting tapes compliant MOLLE/PALS. An elastic cord has been mounted to the surface of the outer pocket, which allows you to quickly attach, for example, a jacket or a hiking carrimat. There are two each on the sides and bottom compression straps, and the top side straps have detachable buckles.
