Bungees are the original elastic lines from FOSCO™ Industries. This company has been in business since the 1980s and focuses on creating quality products in the military, bushcraft, survival and outdoor gear industries.
Universal expanders for securing luggage and equipment have full military specification which in this day and age is a guarantee of reliability.
The core is quite thick and made of highly flexible rubber rubber, which extends up to 100% aND most importantly, always returns to its original length. The core has a safety feature in the form of nylon braid, which protects it from damage. The braid has been woven using a herringbone technique and adapts to the length of the core/expander.
At the ends of the lines are strong steel hooks covered with PVC. The tip of the hooks additionally has protection in the form of a rubber cap. The hook is attached to the rope with a metal ferrule, without the presence of a knot, which greatly minimizes the risk of breakage.
Expander cables have a range of applications in the field, workshop and household. In fact, it's just a matter of imagination how someone will use them.
