Firepot - Freeze-dried Tuscan Stew Dish -120g
Firepot - Tuscan Stew -120g - vegan
This mild, mood-enhancing stew tastes as if it came straight from the kitchen of an Italian nonna. It is based on Ribollic, a nutritious dish popular among traditional farming communities in Tuscany. Warming flavors combine in a slow-cooked sauce with cannellini beans, plenty of cavolo nero and Dorset sourdough bread, which absorbs the juices. It is rich in protein, contains fiber and is pleasing to the palate after a long day. This vegan stew, one of our favorite dishes at Firepot Kitchen, will make carnivores realize what they are missing out on. nights in the mountains.

Why choose Firepot dishes?
Firepot uses dehydration technology i.e. drying with hot air, making the resulting dishes tastier than those from traditional freeze-drying. The company has developed its own drying equipment, which is environmentally friendly thanks to its low electricity consumption. Thanks to slow cooking, the taste of food is fuller - particular ingredients have time to mix in the dish. At Firepot, each meal is prepared by hand from fresh produce and then cooked in stages, just like at home.
Firepot does not use preservatives, flavor enhancers or palm oil. Food is seasoned only with spices and a small amount of salt. People are responsible for all the preparation - from cutting the ingredients mixing up the finished food.
What sets the brand apart in the market:
- Highest weight after hydration of the meal

- The lineup includes local products
- High calorie meals
- Foods are cooked before freeze-drying, which gives intensity of flavor
- Wide range of dishes: breakfast, meat day, vege, XL portions
