We wanted to make our breakfast worth getting up for - delicious British low-fat minced pork, three kinds of beans and crispy potatoes, all topped with a dark and sticky tomato sauce. With the heat of Tabasco and a touch of fresh ginger, here's our variation on the classic Full English. This is a nutritious and warming breakfast for days when only homemade flavors will suffice. The kids love it, too, making it a family favorite in Firepot's Dorset kitchen.

How to prepare a Firepot dish?

1. Open the package by tearing at the place marked.
2. Remove and discard the oxygen absorber (small white bag).
3. Carefully pour the correct amount of boiling water into the container (up to the correct line).
4. Mix thoroughly and close with a string closure.
5. Wait several minutes.
6. Stir again, season to taste if necessary, serve from package.
