Creamy arborio rice with fried boletes and chestnuts, cooked in mushroom broth, finished with chopped parsley and lemon juice. Risotto has always been a favorite dish in our house. We like to do it the old fashioned way - rich and creamy, with just the right amount of bite. We tried many different risottos in search of the best recipe, but nothing could compare to those filled with mushrooms. So we use two kinds: dried boletes, soaked to make a delicious, filling broth, and grilled chestnuts. And we don't chop our mushrooms as finely as many of our competitors do. You will find large, juicy slices, just as if you had made it at home. Finished with lemon juice and fresh parsley, our risotto will warm you up whether you're eating on top of a mountain or at the kitchen table.

- Remove and discard the oxygen absorber (small white bag).
- Carefully pour the correct amount of boiling water into the container (up to the correct line).
- Mix thoroughly and close with a string closure.
- Wait several minutes.
- Stir again, season to taste if necessary, serve from package.
