TK22 TAC by Fenix is an excellent, high-quality tactical flashlight generating a light output of 2800 lumens and a range of 540 meters. Construction
Flashlight tube is constructed of hardened and anodized aerospace aluminum A6061-T6, making it lightweight and highly resistant to mechanical damage. In order to ensure a good grip the surface of the flashlight is milled, which also gives it a modern look. The flashlight's optics are protected by a toothed crown, protecting the glass in case of a fall. The flashlight has elastic clip (removable) that allows it to be attached and carried on a belt, by a backpack or bag.
The flashlight is compact and lightweight, measuring 154 mm, and her weight is only 156 g. Such dimensions and weight allow the flashlight to be carried comfortably on a belt or mounted on a weapon without noticeably increasing the weight of the weapon. Fenix TK22 TAC meets IP68 protection requirements. This means that the flashlight is drop-proof to the penetration of dust and small solids and total immersion in water (30 minutes at a depth of 2 m), dust and dirt, and falling. Such a design is a guarantee of reliability of the device during tactical and outdoor applications in all weather conditions.
Light
The light source of the Fenix TK22 TAC is state-of-the-art LUMINUS SST70 LED, generating a light output of 2800 lumens and a range of up to 540 m. Cool, neutral color lights does not tire the eyes, provides natural color reproduction and better visibility of details.

Battery/Recharging
Fenix TK20R V2.0 flashlight is powered by a rechargeable battery of type 21700mAh with a capacity of 5000mAh. The battery used is powerful as it has nearly twice the capacity of a standard 18650 cell, which translates into longer flashlight runtime. With the built-in USB-C port, we no longer need to use the additional chargers. Simply connect the included included uSB-C cable to a power source. In turbo mode with 2800 lumens, the rechargeable battery will power the flashlight for about 180 minutes total operation or 2 days in Eco mode. In addition, two springs located in the battery compartment guarantee stable operation and prevent power failures caused by falling or recoil of the weapon.
TK22 Tac has two switches - the main (rear) switch and a mechanical ring for changing the mode group. Rear switch activates momentary light, permanent light and, is used to change brightness levels. The rotating ring is responsible for quick switching between Tactical and Duty groups, as well as activating the lock, which protects against accidental activation of the flashlight.

The use of a rotary switch allows you to quickly change between Tactical and Duty modes. In Tactical mode, the user can only use the light in strong and strobe modes. Duty group includes all available modes useful for duty and daily tasks. Changing modes is done by half-clicking, after holding the switch for 0.8 s you get quick access to strobe (regardless of the selected group). To lock the selected brightness mode, press the switch (full click). Thanks to the memory function, when the flashlight is turned off and on again, it reverts to the last mode used. The flashlight uses APF (Advanced Transmision Technology) for safety, reducing the susceptibility of electronics to interference. It is worth noting that the operation of the rotary switch, in no way interferes with the magnetic field.
