The Fenix HP30R V2.0 flashlight has an impressive power of 3000 lumens and a range of 270 m, is powered by 2 of the highest capacity batteries on the market 21700, and charging is done via the uSB-C fast charging port.

HP30R V2.0 is a new version of the popular and already appreciated HP30R V1.0 flashlight. Compared to the older version, the most important improvements are:

The body of the flashlight has been made of durable and lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum, thanks to which jest able to withstand a fall as high as 2 meters, and is resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion and adverse weather conditions. The use of aluminum alloy allows efficient heat dissipation, so the flashlight does not heat up when operating at maximum power.

The HP30R consists of 3 basic components:

• light module
• separate supply container
• elastic band.

The external battery box is equipped with a extension cable which allows you to carry it safely and conveniently in your backpack, kidney, jacket or pocket, which will also help to protect the batteries from cold temperatures in winter conditions.

LEDs:

The main light output of the HP30R flashlight is a a large CREE XHP50 LED, which is capable of emitting a light output of 2000 lumens, which allows you to illuminate a large cave, forest or slope even at a distance of 270m. This diode emits white light that perfectly illuminates distant objects and creates the impression of much greater brightness. Such impressive qualities are made possible by a smooth reflector that reflects light to create a highly focused beam. Tempered ultra-clear glass equipped with anti-reflective coating with high light transmission helps minimize light loss.

The flashlight has adjustable light angle (up to 60°), accomplished by tilting the flashlight module forward.

In addition to the main diode described above, the HP30R is also equipped with 2 additional XP-G3 S4 neutral-color LEDs. CREE XPG-3 S4 LEDs emit light with a warm color (3500 K) and a high CRI 75 color index, which makes the colors of objects and surroundings are much better rendered (than with cold light) and look much more natural.

The light generated by the small emitters is scattered by means of a collimating lenses which results in a wider and evenly dispersed beam of 100°, which will be perfect for illuminating your work area, camp or reading your favorite reading while spending the night in the woods.

In winter, neutral light does not reflect off snow or ice so that it will not blind the user or bystanders.

By turning on all 3 LEDs of the flashlight in maximum mode, you will get an impressive 3000 lumens of power.

Power Bank

The main power source of the headlamp is 2 lithium-polymer batteries 21700 Fenix ARB-L21-5000 with a capacity of up to 5000 mAh, currently the most capacious on the market. Fully charged batteries in low mode provide up to 120 hours of light or up to 5 hours of illumination of all emitters in turbo mode. We can extend the flashlight's runtime by connecting an external power bank to the USB-C port.

The aforementioned port USB-C has a high charging current of 2A allowing the battery to be charged in just 4.5 hours without removing it from the headlamp.

The container containing the batteries can be successfully used as a portable power bank, so we will be able to charge our smartphone or other devices.

The HP30R has an LED battery indicator that will let us know the condition of the battery. This feature only works with Fenix ARB-L21 series batteries.

Flashlight mode on/off switch:

The V2.0 model of the HP30R flashlight is equipped with a a single rotary switch, which is responsible for activating and moving between all modes of operation.

By turning the knob clockwise, you manage the focused light while doing it in the opposite direction, you control the brightness of the diffused light. To activate all emitters, press the knob.

Thanks to the elastic, rubber headband carrying the flashlight is comfortable and the sweat released during exercise is efficiently dissipated. An additional stabilizing strap and a set of clips help the armband fit the wearer and attach it to a protective helmet.
