Usage:
1. Immerse the stone in water for about 15 min before use.
2. Hold the knife at a 15°-30° angle to the stone. When sharpening, maintain a constant angle.
3. Move the blade forward as well as backward at a single pace while lightly pressing on it.
4. Use the entire surface of the stone when sharpening.
5. The stone should be moist during sharpening.
6. When burrs appear during sharpening, change to the other side.
7. Finally, clean the edge of the blade and the stone carefully
