The M16 is the most popular series of folding knives ever created by CRKT. Tactical Tanto profile blade great for fighting, stabbing and undermining is made of high quality d2 tool steel, that holds focus for a long time. Finishing it black with the Stonewash method leaves an irregular coating that masks the marks made during use.
Application of Assisted Opening in the form of an internal spring makes the head extend at an impressive speed. IKBS ball bearing system allows one-handed smooth unfolding of the blade with the use of a double-sided peg or flipper that also acts as a stinger to protect the hand from accidentally slipping on the blade.
Aluminum handle with holes, is lightweight and fits perfectly in the hand. Safety is aided by a notched blade ridge that provides stable thumb support and an innovative and incredibly durable Deadbolt lock with very simple operation. Simply press the large silver intuitive button to fold the folder. The whole is completed with a four-position mounting clip.
