A good, handy and small hatchet is one of the items that are indispensable in a survival situation. Greenland Hatchet with its with a mass of 910 g i length 41 cm will fulfill all the duties of a good saw, a large fixed blade and a small survival knife.
The head of the hatchet is made of durable and tough 1060 high carbon steel but handle is made of American Hickory wood. The handle at its end has a hole through which a thong or cord can be threaded and attached to the wrist.
Greenland Hatchet will work well for splitting firewood, cutting down small trees or building shelter, making camp. This is a fairly compact model perfect for camping, camping in the woods or having a campfire with friends. It will easily fit into a medium-sized backpack, so it can accompany you on any expedition, and with a leather cover we don't have to worry about damage to our equipment and dulling of the blade.
