N690 - corrosion-resistant, high-carbon 1.07% (C), martensitic chromium steel 17.30% (Cr) with the addition of molybdenum 1.10% (Mo), vanadium 0.10% (V) and cobalt 1.50% (Co) for structural homogeneity. Features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Achieves hardness 57-60 HRC. Head - Clip Point made of stainless steel finished to mask minor scratches Black Stonewashed.
