14C28N - martensitic chromium stainless steel is the latest development in a range of knife steels produced by Swedish steel mills Sandvik. By reducing the amount of carbon 0.62% and increasing the chromium content 14.0%, as well as the addition of nitrogen 0.11% corrosion resistance has been significantly improved. Head - slim and sharp type Drop Point, perfectly presents stonewashed finish Stonewashed. Smooth blade Plain brought out high, concave cut (Hollow Grind), which provides strength, cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting and penetration performance.
