Kepler OD Green G10, Satin it's a project by a Polish knife maker and designer, Maciej Torbé. A large and sturdy fixed-blade knife, featuring a full tang design with an ergonomic handle and a wide blade that provides optimal edge geometry, while the profile of the Wharncliffe offers from extreme cutting power to scalpel-like precision. 9Cr18MoV - martensitic stainless steel with a high carbon content, mainly used for the manufacture of parts resistant to severe friction and operating in corrosive media, such as stainless steel blades, mechanical cutting tools, surgical blades, measuring tools and other wear parts.
Head - satin-finished blade type Wharncliffe with an incredibly sharp tip. Perfectly straight cutting edge along the entire length provides exceptional cutting performance with full force, transferring power to the blade stab, guarantees better point strength. The small thickness of the blade, combined with the high, flat grind (Flat Grind) gives almost razor-level cutting properties. To make it easier to control the blade, a section of the blade's back is covered with a upper jimping, notched thumb rest.
Handle - non-slip textured facings made of g10 composite in green, bolted to the tango with screws. Simple, robust design guarantees many years of use. In the set we get black scabbard made of kydex which, thanks to the type clip mounted to it T (Tek-Lok) can be almost freely attached to the belt or to the equipment. The protruding section of the tango at the back of the handle has a lanyard hole, a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord (included).
