14C28N - martensitic chromium stainless steel is the latest development in a range of knife steels produced by Swedish steel mills Sandvik. By reducing the amount of carbon 0.62% and increasing the chromium content 14.0%, as well as the addition of nitrogen 0.11% corrosion resistance has been significantly improved. Head - type Clip Point with a clearly marked belly with black finishing method Black Stonewashed. The small thickness of the wedge, combined with the high, flat grinding gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the wedge, which can be opened by gravity with a button release located on one of the handles or by using the quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper). When opened, the fin forms a mini-garden preventing your hand from slipping on the blade. On the back of the wedge upper jimping, notched thumb rest.
