The Bushcraft Lynx knife was made by knifemakers from TBS in the UK. TBS brings together European manufacturers of knives and bushcraft leather accessories. The folks at TBS know bushcraft and have been running Europe's largest bushcraft store for years - TheBushcraftStore.
Bushcraft Lunx is a knife with a fixed head made of K720 carbon steel. Bohler K720 high carbon tool steel is a great steel for a knife because it is dimensionally stable, clean and can be sharpened to a very high degree and will hold an edge for a phenomenally long time. Lunx blade is 3.5 mm thick and a length of 100 mm. The overall length of the knife is 210 mm.
What particularly distinguishes knives from TBS is the a handle that is as ergonomic as possible, comfortable and fits beautifully in the hand. The finish of the handle is at a perfect level, and the the wood used on the facings is always characterized by a beautiful coloration (super grade). Of course the handle is impregnated linseed oil and beeswax, so you don't have to worry about moisture resistance.
The scabbard of the knife is a masterpiece of utility and workmanship. Scabbard sewn from thick leather, perfectly matched to the knife. The scabbard features a practical attachment patent that allows the following the knife can be carried on the belt vertically or horizontally and strapped to Molle-compatible systems.
