1095 High Carbon Steel - cold-rolled, high-carbon tool steel with carbon content 0.95% (C) and manganese 0.5% (Mn) and hardness in the range of 55-58 HRC. Characterized by high cutting aggression and long sharpness retention. Used for knives, swords and blades, it has a great edge and is very easy to sharpen.

Head - type Drop Point with amphibians coated with a wear-resistant powder coating that provides excellent protection against corrosion. The trademark of this series of knives, that is, the mixed cut here has a slightly different advantage than its bigger brothers. The front, with its heavily marked belly and flat grind is excellent for working on a kitchen board or undermining. Closer to the handle, we have a concave cut, with excellent planing properties.
