Beech wood spatula - GSI RAKAU Spatula

GSI Rakau spatula is made entirely of beech wood, so it is safe to use with non-stick and enamel coated pans and pots. Beech is beautiful and pleasant to use, because wood is a natural insulator that will never get cold or hot in your hands. The RAKAU spatula is 29 cmi long and 13 cm wide. The square blade with square corners also makes the RAKAU spatula an excellent scraper for cleaning dirty pots with hot water in the field.

Since there are no holes or slots in the blade, rAKAU spatula is very easy to clean in the terenie. Simply wash with soapy water and let dry. RAKAU spatula is finished with oil from GSI. You can continue to use the spatula as is, or additionally oil it with drying, food-safe oil to protect the wood from water ingress, warping and food stains.
