Original Arkansas original stone sharpener by Herbertz Solingen - allows full control over the sharpening process. Natural flat stone for sharpening knives, cleavers, machetes, scissors and small tools. The stone was packaged in a wooden box.
Usage:
1. Before use, dip the stone in water for about 15 minutes or use oil for sharpening (for each stone, use only one of the methods).
2. Hold the knife at a 15°-30° angle to the stone. Important! When sharpening, maintain a constant angle.
3. Move the knife forward as well as backward at one pace while lightly pressing on it.
4. Use the entire surface of the stone when sharpening.
5. The stone should be kept moist at all times during sharpening.
6. When burrs appear during sharpening, change to the other side - drag the blade over the stone to smooth the burrs.
7. Finally, clean the edge of the blade carefully.
